How does Teeth Whitening work and is it safe?

A truly beautiful smile often starts with teeth whitening. Only a dentist can safely get your teeth their whitest. Whitening can be done in the office using the ZOOM bleaching system, or can be done at home using safe, effective teeth whitening supplies. With the ZOOM system, you will see results in a single visit. If you decide to whiten your teeth at home, you will see results in only a few days.

I have heard metal fillings are not healthy. What do you use to fill cavities?

We practice metal-free dentistry. All of our fillings are metal-free. We use only the best quality, high-strength, natural tooth-colored dental restoration materials. No mercury! These materials actually strengthen your teeth, dramatically reducing the potential for tooth cracking and the need for root canal treatment. Your teeth will look beautifully unblemished.

We also make beautiful metal-free porcelain crowns. These natural looking, modern, reinforced porcelain restorations provide beauty, strength and durability.

What are porcelain veneers?

What about my child's dental care?

Dr. Supczenski knows that when children develop good dental hygiene habits early, they are more likely to enjoy lifelong dental health and beautiful smiles.

He pays special attention to his younger patients so they learn early to feel comfortable visiting the dentist. Each treatment room has a TV and a CD player with headphones for your child's (and your) enjoyment.

What precautions do you take to ensure my family's safety?

Dr. Supczenski places great emphasis on your health and safety. We take great care to ensure that our offices and treatment rooms are clean and our instruments are sterile. We have a state-of-the-art equipment sterilization station and meticulous care is given to the sterilization of all instruments and equipment.

What if I can't make an appointment during normal business hours?

We understand that sometimes it is difficult to visit the dentist during working hours. For this reason, we offer early morning, midday, and early evening appointment times. Just ask us and we will make a convenient appointment time for you.

Do you take dental insurance?

Dr. Supczenski works with many dental plans and most insurance is accepted. Even though dental insurance is a private arrangement between your and your insurance company, we will file your claim, handle all paperwork and show you how to use your insurance effectively in order to ensure your maximum benefits.

I don't have dental insurance. What other payment options do you provide?

We accept credit cards and offer dental payment plans through third party financing to make it affordable to have the healthy teeth and beautiful smiles you and your family deserve.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! In fact, we even offer an $87.00 New Patient Welcome Exam. Exam includes: miniature video camera tour of your mouth, X-rays, no rush consultation with Dr. Supczenski, oral cancer screening and full cleaning.
